Man United Vs Tottenham, Harry Kane Ensured Absent
Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino ensured Harry Kane did not play in a difficult game against Manchester United. The big party this 10th week English League will be presented at Old Trafford Stadium on Saturday (28/10/2017) night local time.
Kane suffered a minor thigh muscle injury when Tottenham won 4-1 over Liverpool last week. Currently 24-year-old attacker is still in intensive care and certainly can not recover on time.
Pochettino also has not been able to guarantee Kane is ready to play in the next party when Tottenham entertain Real Madrid on fourth matchday Champions League group stage.
“We can not take risks, he suffered minor injuries but we are still reluctant to take risks,” Pochettino said as quoted by BolaSport.com from Tottenham Hotspur.
“We’ll see how in the game against Real Madrid you always want all the players available, but as always we are confident with the team itself,” he said.
Although without Kane, Pochettino is reluctant to find excuses and remain optimistic with the strength of his team. Pochettino said it is still considering Fernando Llorente or Son Heung-Min who will replace the role of the England international striker.
